This condominium complex is quite unique to Lido Key. It is one of only two built before set-back laws were enacted. Its grandfathered status means that you can rarely be this close to the water.

The complex has only 56 units including 16 villas. Two separate buildings are each four stories high and my unit is on the 4th floor. There is an elevator.

The unit has 2 bedrooms and 2 baths. There are 2 queen-sized beds. All of the carpeting has been replaced in the last 4 years.

Rental of the unit must be for a minimum of a month. The Association limits rentals to only 2/year. It is therefore in the interest of owners to rent to those who desire longer stays (2 months or more). Rental of this unit is $3,800/month. A $1,000 deposit is required to reserve a spot for next season. On October 15, 50% of the balance will be due. The other 50% will come due halfway through your stay.
